Abstract

|
연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중소병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에서의 간호인력 구성, 빠뜨린 간호, 그리고 위해사건 간의 관계를 조사하고 위해사건에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다.
연구 방법: 본 연구는 중소병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 158명의 간호사를 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료는 t-검정, 분산분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다.
연구결과: 연구 대상자의 평균 연령은 37.9세이며, 경력은 10년 이상이었다. 간호인력 구성 1의 평균 비율은 69.98%이고, 간호인력 구성 2는 68.44%이었다. 빠뜨린 간호의 평균 점수는 1.33이었고, 위해사건의 평균점수는 1.90이었다. 위해사건 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 총 임상 경력, 병원 규모, 그리고 빠뜨린 간호로 나타났다.
결론: 결론적으로 본 연구 결과는 연령과 총 근무 경력을 고려한 환자 안전 교육 및 관리가 필요함을 보여주었다. 특히 중소병원에서 간호 보조 인력을 고려한 간호인력 관리가 안전한 의료 환경을 유지하는 데 중요할 것이다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationships among nursing skill mix, missed nursing care, and adverse events according to the nursing skill mix and the factors influencing.
Methods: This study is a descriptive survey that used survey data were collected from 158 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care wards in small and medium-sized hospitals. The data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis.
Results: The average age of the study participants was 37.9 years, and they had over 10 years of experience. The average mean ratio of nursing skill mix 1 was 69.98. For nursing skill mix 2, the average mean ratio was 68.44%. The mean score for missed nursing care was 1.33, and the mean score for adverse events was 1.90 points. The factors affecting adverse events experience were missed nursing care, total work experience of >3 years, number of beds between ≥200 and <300.
Conclusion: Our findings suggest that patient safety and management education should consider the nurses’ age and total work experience. Furthermore, nursing workforce management, particularly focusing on nursing assistants in small- and medium-sized hospitals, is essential for fostering a safer healthcare environment.
